  • Wash your hands before each use.

    Tighten and secure the cap after each use.

    For everyday application on your face and neck line:

    • Use morning and night

    • Warm the palms of your hands

    • Take 4-5 drops and pat and press the oil into your skin

    For a more relaxed facial:

    • Apply few drops into the palms of the hands and start massaging your jawline from the centre of your chin in an upwards seeping motion

    • Continue onto the cheeks and forehead

    Sasha’s tip: I like to also use my Gua Sha tool to massage the oil into the skin

    For quick hair hydration and heat damage protection :

    • Apply a few drops onto a clean, towel, dry hair from the ends upwards

    • Style as preferred

      For hair growth stimulation and scalp soothing:

    • Apply a few drops onto a dry scalp before shampoo and gently massage your scalp for 5 minutes.

    • Then wash off thoroughly with a shampoo.

    Sasha’s tip: my hair is on a thinner side so i shampoo twice after using VELVET on my roots.

    For hair spa:

    • Warm the palms of your hands and apply the oil generously over the scalp and hair

    • Put the hair up and wrap it with cling film

    • Wrap a towel on top

    • Keep on as long as you can, then wash off thoroughly with shampoo (twice if you need)

    For body:

    • Apply on your body where you feel the most dry.

    Sasha’s tip: I like to apply it on my elbows, knees and legs. Also on my stretch marks.

    For nails and cuticles:

    • Apply on cuticles and nails whenever you want that extra hydration

    • Do not apply before manicure or pedicure

    For lashes and brows growth:

    • Apply 1-2 drops of VELVET oil on a clean mascara brush and apply on your lashes and brows before bed

    • Repeat everyday to see the results

  • You can use it as a last step in your skincare routine after washing your face or after your toner/serum/moisturiser.

    If used in the morning, do not forget to apply your SPF of choice on top.

    Sasha’s tip: I like to mix sometimes a few drops of VELVET with my moisturiser for that extra hydration and dewy glow.

    Please allow for any delays due to bank holidays in the UK, mail or train strikes.

    Returns:

    We hope you love your Velvet oil, but if an item you have ordered was delivered to you damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and within 14 days of purchase at the latest. We will offer a full refund or replacement free of charge. Please quote your order number when emailing hello@sashavara.com providing details of the damage, including any photos. Once the item has been returned, a refund usually takes 2 to 3 business days to be credited back to your original payment method.

    Results vary from person to person and we cannot accept returns as a result of any skin conditions or reactions. We are always happy to help if you have any questions before and after purchase, and recommend reading about apricot kernel oil and how to use it.
